Jobgether, a partner company, seeks a Devices & IoT Field Engineering Manager to lead a regional team of Field Engineers supporting presales, solution architecture, and professional services. The role blends hands-on technical leadership with customer engagement and strategic thinking.

You will coach engineers, shape team strategy, and collaborate across regions, customers, partners, and product teams. Travel for customer engagements and events is expected in a globally distributed environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline or equivalent professional background.
• Extensive experience with embedded Linux (Yocto or similar).
• Strong Linux expertise; Debian/Ubuntu familiarity is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead, develop, and support a team of Field Engineers ranging from graduate to senior level, with presales and professional services responsibilities.
• Set team objectives, plan priorities, and drive progress against goals and commitments.
• Partner with leadership to shape team strategy and priorities.
• Champion engineering excellence and disciplined processes across the team.
• Coach and mentor engineers with regular feedback for technical and career development.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, helping solve problems and demonstrate value of Linux and IoT technologies.
