Partner Company is seeking an Engineering Manager - Linux Hardware Enablement in Austria to lead a distributed team delivering Ubuntu integrations across IoT, PC, and server-class hardware.

You will drive technical direction across the Linux stack, collaborate with silicon partners, and ensure high quality and reliability while empowering engineers through coaching and career development.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with Linux distributions, strong knowledge of Ubuntu or Debian and Debian packaging.
• Experience leading software teams including coaching and performance development.
• Experience with hardware platforms and server-class hardware.
• Experience working with customers or partners and communicating solutions.

Aufgaben

• Lead a distributed team delivering Ubuntu integrations for IoT, PC, and server-class hardware.
• Provide technical leadership across the Linux stack and partner with silicon vendors.
• Manage partner engagements and ensure milestones are met on time.
• Coach engineers and align roadmaps across teams and organisations.
