Jobgether seeks a Devices & IoT Field Engineering Manager based in Austria. You will lead a regional team of Field Engineers providing presales, solution architecture, and professional services for connected devices and edge environments.

You will mentor engineers, drive engineering practices, and collaborate with product teams to translate complex tech into business value. Travel internationally as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Undergraduate degree in CS or related field or equivalent experience.

Aufgaben

• Lead a team of Field Engineers from graduate to senior level, covering presales and professional services.
• Set objectives, priorities, and drive progress against goals and commitments.
• Shape team strategy and organizational priorities with leadership.
• Champion engineering excellence and effective processes.
• Coach engineers and support career development with regular feedback.
• Act as trusted technical advisor to customers on Linux and IoT.
• Represent the team to customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Monitor team health and improve collaboration and performance.
• Provide market feedback to Product and Engineering teams for future direction.
• Collaborate across regions with a globally distributed workforce.
• Support international travel for events and engagements as required.
