VusionGroup seeks a Field Application Engineer for IoT solutions to support deployment and adoption of new products through on-site visits and technical assessments. You will bridge customers and product development across IoT devices, wireless networks, cloud services, and software applications.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Application Engineer or similar technical, customer-facing role.
• Solid IoT, consumer electronics, or SaaS experience.
• Strong ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Fluent German and good knowledge of English.

Aufgaben

• Assist in transitioning product prototypes into production and provide feedback to R&D teams.
• Support the deployment and installation of new products and solutions, working closely with customer project managers.
• Act as the primary technical contact for customers and internal teams during deployment and early adoption phases.
• Provide technical guidance and best practices to help customers maximize the value of the solution.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with development teams on resolutions.
• Conduct on-site visits for installation support, troubleshooting, and quality assurance.
• Identify risks and implement appropriate corrective actions.
• Monitor customer solutions and ensure product quality and reliability.
• Document, track and elevate issues when required.
