VusionGroup in Graz, Austria, is seeking a Field Application Engineer for IoT solutions to support deployment and adoption of new products, and to ensure the performance of existing installations through on-site visits and technical assessments.

You will act as the technical interface between customers and product development, collaborating across IoT devices, wireless networks, cloud services, and software to maximize value, with travel up to 40%.

Qualifikationen

• University or Higher Technical College in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or other STEM or equivalent experience.

Aufgaben

• Assist in transitioning prototypes into production and provide feedback to R&D teams.
• Support deployment and installation of new products and solutions with project managers.
• Act as the primary technical contact for customers and internal teams during deployment and early adoption phases.
• Provide technical guidance and best practices to maximize value of the solution.
• Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis with development teams.
