Zusammenfassung

VusionGroup is seeking a Field Application Engineer for IoT solutions to support deployment and adoption of new products, while ensuring performance and quality of existing installations through on-site visits.

You will engage across IoT devices, wireless networks, cloud services and software applications, serving as the key technical interface between customers and product development as part of the IoT System Engineering Team.

Qualifikationen

• University or Higher Technical College in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in an Application Engineer or similar technical customer-facing role, preferably IoT/SaaS.
• Solid ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

Aufgaben

• Assist in transitioning prototypes to production and provide feedback to R&D.
• Support deployment and installation of new products with customer project managers.
• Act as primary technical contact during deployment and early adoption phases.
