Job summary

TGW Group is seeking a committed Personnel Developer to support employees and managers in strengthening skills for the long term success of our company. You will advise on development, facilitate onboarding and development interviews, and coordinate development measures with our in-house experts.

Take part in shaping development processes, moderating workshops, and delivering trainings within a dynamic, international environment, underpinned by modern IT tools and a strong feedback culture.

Qualifications

• Advising specialists and managers on questions related to professional development and qualification.
• Conducting onboarding feedback, exit and development interviews.
• Coordinating and supporting development measures and courses.
• Defining, developing and implementing personnel development processes and tools with the People and Culture team.
• Moderating workshops and delivering internal trainings.
• Deep experience and expertise in personnel development.
• Sovereign moderation skills and a consultative, proactive mindset.

To strengthen our team in the area of People and Culture Operations, we are looking for a committed Personnel Developer who will actively support our employees and managers in strengthening their skills in a targeted manner in order to ensure the long-term success of our company.

• Advising specialists and managers on questions and concerns relating to professional development and qualification
• Conducting (partially) structured discussion formats such as onboarding feedback, exit and development interviews
• Coordination and support of development measures and courses
• Collaboration in the definition, further development and implementation of personnel development processes, tools and tools together with our in-house People and Culture experts
• Moderation of workshops and implementation of internal trainings
• In-depth experience and expertise in the field of personnel development
• Communicative, empathetic personality with consulting skills, entrepreneurial mindset and analytical strength
• Team player with joy in development and change, a high level of initiative and a hands-on mentality
• Strong service and solution orientation
• Sovereign moderation skills in group and workshop formats
• Very good knowledge of German and good English skills

• Flexible working hours incl. home office model Preferably full-time (part-time possible from 32 hours/week)

We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, which can be above the collective agreement depending on qualifications and experience. The minimum gross basic salary based on full-time employment per year is 55.772 Euro.
