Jobgether is seeking a Lead Instructor: Enterprise to deliver a structured program of 30 remote training sessions for enterprise teams adopting a new promotional planning tool.

You will guide learners from beginners to advanced users, tailor delivery to global markets, and demonstrate the tool in live sessions while ensuring technical readiness.

The role emphasizes hands‑on workshops, clear explanations of ROI, lift, and incrementality, and collaboration with onboarding and client teams.

Qualifikationen

• Background in marketing, sales, business analysis or related field.
• Familiarity with promotional or sales planning terminology preferred.
• Ability to explain ROI, sales lift and incrementality in business terms.
• Proven ability to learn proprietary software quickly and demonstrate it live.
• Comfortable troubleshooting and adapting when tools misbehave.
• Experience delivering hands-on training or workshops with software.
• Strong virtual training delivery and presentation skills.

Aufgaben

• Deliver 30 virtual training sessions: 10 full-day and 20 half-day workshops.
• Lead hands-on learning that walks through promotional planning scenarios.
• Explain concepts, terminology, processes and metrics clearly.
• Harmonize promotional terminology and processes across markets.
• Adapt delivery to varied experience levels from beginners to advanced.
• Facilitate exercises enabling participants to use the tool actively.
• Demonstrate the client-specific proprietary tool in live sessions and troubleshoot.
• Explain ROI, sales lift and incrementality in practical business terms.
• Show how AI-assisted recommendations support planning while preserving judgment.
• Prepare by reviewing materials, drafting talking points and rehearsing flows.
• Participate in onboarding, client training, dry runs and prep meetings.
• Complete setup activities to gain access to relevant client platforms.
• Maintain a professional presence and engaging learning environment.
