You will transform source materials into structured LMS content, SOPs, and assessments, leveraging AI-assisted workflows while maintaining quality and accessibility.

The role is fully remote, self-directed, with accountability for timelines, hours, and project costs.

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrated experience in instructional design, technical writing, or related field.
• Hands-on experience using AI/LLM tools for content generation and workflow support.
• Ability to interview stakeholders and translate knowledge into structured content.
• Strong written communication, detail orientation, and consistency across formats.
• Independent work ethic with experience managing fixed-scope projects from planning to delivery.
• Experience creating LMS content, SOPs, and knowledge-management assets.
• Familiarity with AI-powered content/video tools is desirable.
• Portfolio of relevant instructional design or process documentation work.

Aufgaben

• Define standards and reusable workflows for learning materials and docs.
• Transform source materials into LMS modules, objectives, activities, and assessments.
• Create clear SOPs with processes, roles, inputs/outputs, decisions, and escalation paths.
• Use AI/LLM tools to accelerate drafting while ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Interview stakeholders to map workflows and translate complex information for learners.
• Identify opportunities for short training videos and AI-assisted production.
• Develop templates, prompts, and governance assets for consistency.
• Own project scope end-to-end and deliver outputs per scope and timeline.
