Aufgaben

• Deliver 30 virtual training sessions: 10 full-day and 20 half-day workshops.
• Lead hands-on learning experiences through realistic promotional planning scenarios.
• Explain concepts, terminology, processes, and metrics clearly.
• Help establish harmonized promotional terminology and processes across markets.
• Adapt delivery to audiences with varied experience levels.
• Facilitate hands-on exercises for tool usage during sessions.
• Demonstrate the client-specific proprietary tool in a live virtual environment and troubleshoot.
• Explain ROI, sales lift, and incrementality in practical business terms.
• Prepare for deliveries by reviewing materials and practicing the session flow.
• Participate in onboarding, client tool training, and dry runs with the training team.
• Complete setup activities to access client platforms and ensure technical readiness.
