Jobgether is seeking a Team Lead, Human Data Operations - Post Training to manage a distributed team of AI Tutors and drive high-quality data production for AI systems. You will translate model requirements into data strategies, coach staff, and optimize processes in a fast-moving environment.

You will work remotely with international teams, shaping data governance and training programs while prioritizing accuracy, scalability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience leading or mentoring small teams in data labeling, annotation, or related operations.
• Understanding of data quality metrics and guideline-driven workflows.
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration platforms such as Notion, Axiom, JIRA, Linear.

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end quality and delivery for assigned Human Data projects with high accuracy.
• Lead, coach, and performance-manage a team of AI Tutors through reviews and feedback.
• Participate in labeling, annotation, and review activities to ensure quality standards.
• Establish guideline adherence, taxonomy management, and QA processes.
• Monitor KPIs like quality scores, throughput, and send-back rates.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements for efficiency.
• Create, maintain training materials and certification benchmarks.
• Manage certification processes and adjust workforce based on need.
• Collaborate with Human Data Managers and Engineering to translate requirements into strategies.
• Develop team capabilities while maintaining accountability and high performance.
• Document outcomes and communicate status, risks, and results to stakeholders.
• Represent AI Tutors’ needs and foster collaboration across the data organization.
• Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-moving env.
