Zusammenfassung

Jobgether seeks an experienced Instructional Designer / Technical Writer for a project-based engagement. The role is fully remote, coordinating across time zones to transform source materials into structured LMS content, modules, lessons, assessments, and SOPs.

You will leverage AI tools while upholding quality and governance standards. You will interview stakeholders, develop templates, and propose your approach, hours, and cost within an RFQ.

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrated experience in instructional design, technical writing, learning content development, or related field.
• Hands-on experience using AI/LLM tools to support content generation, structuring, editing, or documentation workflows.
• Ability to interview stakeholders and translate complex information into clear, structured content.
• Strong written communication, attention to detail, and consistency across formats.
• Ability to manage a fixed-scope project from planning through delivery with minimal supervision.
• Experience creating LMS course content, SOPs, and learning assets.
• Familiarity with AI-powered content and video-authoring platforms (Mindsmith, Synthesia) is desirable.
• Experience with LMS implementation and content governance is an advantage.
• Ability to define project scope, methodology, deliverables, risks, hours, timelines, and costs for RFQs.
• Portfolio demonstrating relevant instructional design or technical writing work.
• Willingness to sign NDA and undergo background check.

Aufgaben

• Define content, instructional design, and documentation standards with a repeatable workflow.
• Transform materials into structured LMS content, modules, lessons, objectives, activities, and assessments.
• Create SOPs documenting processes, inputs/outputs, and procedures.
• Use AI/LLM tools to accelerate drafting while ensuring quality and accuracy.
• Interview stakeholders to translate workflows into learner-friendly content.
• Identify topics for short training videos and AI-assisted production workflows.
• Develop reusable templates, prompts, and content assets for consistency.
• Establish content review, approval, versioning, and maintenance procedures.
• Take ownership of the full project scope and provide progress updates.
• Deliver outputs in line with scope, timeline, and quality standards.
