Zusammenfassung

UNIQA IT Services GmbH seeks a Lead Developer to own the technical implementation and framework development of the Agentic AI Platform. The role focuses on Python-based components, reusable patterns, and developer enablement to deliver agentic AI use cases across the organization.

You will design and implement MCP servers end-to-end, extend agent runtimes, and evolve RAG and memory logic while ensuring modular, secure, and maintainable platform code.

Qualifikationen

• Strong knowledge of open-source AI and agentic AI frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with MCP-style servers, schema design, and validation logic.
• Proven ability to design modular platform components in Python for scalable AI applications.
