TeamViewer GmbH seeks a senior software architect to lead the agentic platform powering AI-native enterprise software. You will own architecture across MCP servers, agent catalogs, and tool orchestration, ensuring secure, scalable, and observable operations.

You will guide teams through early project phases, define safety and trust boundaries, and mentor engineers while documenting architecture for cross‑functional stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with complex architectures.
• Experience designing and delivering agentic systems with tool-using agents and orchestration.
• Proven track record deploying AI solutions in enterprise production environments.
• Strong understanding of security, multi-tenancy, cost management, reliability, and operational excellence.

Aufgaben

• Own the architecture of TeamViewer’s agentic platform (Tia, third‑party agents, tool use, memory, orchestration).
• Define reference MCP server/client architecture, tool catalogs, context assembly, and trust boundaries.
• Establish evaluation/observability discipline with quality criteria and tracing of agent behavior.
• Set policies on model choice, routing, cost governance, and production reliability.
• Design safety architecture with security partners to contain prompt injection and access control.
• Mentor senior engineers and maintain architecture documentation for engineers and agents.
