TeamViewer GmbH is seeking a seasoned software architect to lead the Agentic Ecosystem platform. You will define architectures for MCP servers and clients, tool catalogs, memory, orchestration, and governance across TeamViewer ONE. You will ensure security, reliability, and cost-aware design for enterprise AI integrations.

You will guide hands-on teams, conduct design reviews, and maintain architecture documentation while collaborating with global teams to deliver scalable AI-native solutions.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with complex architectures.
• Strong Python and TypeScript skills and knowledge of distributed systems.
• Experience designing and delivering agentic systems with tool-using agents.
• Proven track record in enterprise AI production environments with security/compliance focus.
• Ability to evaluate AI systems, define quality standards, and identify failure modes.
• Excellent communication to stakeholders across global teams.

Aufgaben

• Own the architecture of TeamViewer’s agentic platform and tools.
• Define reference architecture for servers, clients, tool catalogues, and memory.
• Establish observability, evaluation discipline, and quality criteria for agents.
• Set model routing, fallback, cost governance, and production reliability.
• Design safety architecture with security partners and risk controls.
• Mentor senior engineers and lead architectural reviews and docs.
