TeamViewer GmbH is building the Agentic Ecosystem, a scalable AI-native enterprise platform. You will own and shape the architecture for MCP servers, tool usage, memory, and governance, ensuring reliability and security at scale.

You will mentor engineers, drive architecture reviews, and collaborate with global teams to deliver robust, auditable systems. This role demands deep expertise in distributed systems, AI integration, and responsible AI practices.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong Python and TypeScript skills.
• Experience designing and delivering agentic systems.
• Proven track record bringing AI into enterprise production.
• Ability to evaluate AI systems responsibly and mitigate risks.

Aufgaben

• Own the architecture of TeamViewer’s agentic platform.
• Define reference architecture for MCP servers/clients, tool catalogues, and memory.
• Establish evaluation/observability discipline with quality criteria and telemetry.
• Mentor senior engineers and lead architecture reviews.
• Collaborate across global teams to align on business and technical goals.
