Accenture DACH in Austria is seeking a hands-on AI Engineer to design, build, and integrate AI system components across ML, generative AI, and agentic workflows in enterprise settings. Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in CS, CE, Data Science or related field.
• Experience designing, coding and building advanced AI solutions using agentic, generative and classical AI/ML with at least one cloud vendor.
• Proficiency with coding, ML, DL and NLP solutions; Python coding experience.

• Design, build, and configure agents and integrate them into multi-agent workflows.
• Implement agent orchestration, task handoffs, communication, and error recovery.
• Build evaluation harnesses and test suites for agent and component quality.
• Integrate foundation models into applications and fine-tune pipelines for specific domains.
• Develop ingestion pipelines and implement embedding generation with vector stores and retrieval components.
• Assemble prompts, manage context window information, and implement memory components.
• Implement guardrails, content filtering, and access controls for models and tools.
• Versioning, audit logs, and lineage tracking; maintain model documentation.
• Instrument logging and tracing; contribute to monitoring, alerting, and cost tracking.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain clear technical documentation.
