NETCONOMY is seeking an AI Engineer to drive innovation by implementing cutting-edge Generative AI solutions and intelligent agentic systems. You will contribute to building scalable AI platforms and work with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into concrete AI capabilities.

The role requires hands-on experience with Generative AI, agent development, and cloud AI services across major hyperscalers, with a strong emphasis on research, PoC development, and client communication.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in Applied AI or Machine Learning.
• Proficiency in building Generative AI and Agentic applications at scale.
• Direct experience with agent development (e.g. LangGraph, Google ADK, Agno).
• Proven ability to research and evaluate emerging AI models and frameworks.
• Knowledge of Cloud AI offerings on GCP, AWS or Azure including AutoML and custom models.
• Strong communication skills and ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
• Keeps up with industry trends and advancements in Generative AI and agentic systems.

Aufgaben

• Design end-to-end Generative AI solutions, AI agents, and RAG pipelines to address business challenges and opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable AI solutions.
• Conduct research and evaluation of emerging AI models, agentic frameworks, and development kits.
• Work independently on PoCs to validate feasibility and showcase solutions.
• Communicate directly with clients to tailor AI-driven solutions to their needs.
