Ultimate Europe GmbH, based in St. Georgen am Ybbsfelde, Lower Austria, develops and services gangways, automatic door systems and interior fittings for rail vehicles and buses.

The role focuses on handling customer complaints with 8D methodology, coordinating improvements across subsidiaries, and processing ERP transactions. Successful candidates will have technical education, fluent German and English, and experience in quality management and 8D reports, with strong communication and teamwork

• Must have completed technical education (apprenticeship, technical school or HTL/equivalent).
• Fluent German and English required.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Handle customer complaints using the 8D methodology and perform technical evaluation.
• Coordinate and communicate corrective, preventive, and improvement actions with subsidiaries, suppliers, customers, and internal departments.
• Track and monitor actions related to complaint management.
• Process transactions in the ERP system (MS Business Central).
• Prepare documentation, analyze defects, and report to stakeholders.
• Participate in and contribute to CIP (continuous improvement process).
• Travel to suppliers and customers as required for complaint management.

We are engaged in the development, sale and service of gangways, automatic door systems and interior fittings for rail vehicles and buses. We are looking for a new employee for our location in St. Georgen am Ybbsfelde to strengthen and expand our international market activities.

Your tasks:

• Handling customer complaints using the 8D methodology, including technical evaluation
• Coordinating and communicating improvement, corrective, and preventive actions with subsidiaries, suppliers, customers, and internal departments
• Tracking and monitoring actions related to complaint management
• Processing transactions in the ERP system (MS Business Central)
• Preparing documentation, analyzing defects, and reporting to internal and external stakeholders
• Participating in and contributing to the company's continuous improvement process (CIP)
• Traveling to suppliers and customers as required in connection with complaint management

Your skills:
