Job summary

Randstad Austria GmbH in Villach area seeks a Junior Specialist for Quality Assurance & Customer Complaints. You will process global complaints in English, support root-cause analysis, and help ensure ISO 13485 compliance while collaborating with R&D, Production, and Quality teams.

Qualifications

• Written and spoken English at least C1 level is required.
• Background in technical or business-related field; degree or internship accepted.
• Entry-level or recent graduates welcome; some intern experience is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Receive, input, and assess worldwide product complaints in English.
• Support RCA with cross-functional teams using root-cause tools.
• Maintain complaint files in English and write investigation reports.
• Learn ISO 13485 and contribute to quality documentation.
