Job summary

Wienerberger AG in Vienna seeks an IT Solution Expert (f/m/d) to manage IT incidents, provide end-user support, and maintain the devices environment. You will administer assets, support projects, and contribute to a secure, reliable IT infrastructure company-wide.

The role requires completed IT education and hands-on experience in IT support, with strong MS365 and AD skills. German and English language proficiency are essential. Attractive benefits and a dynamic team await.

Qualifications

• Completed IT education (e.g. IT apprenticeship, technical college/HTL, vocational school) or an equivalent qualification.
• Professional experience in IT support or IT services, ideally in a Service Desk environment.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft cloud applications (365, Teams, OneDrive).
• Good understanding of Microsoft services such as Active Directory/ Entra ID, DHCP, DNS and Group Policy Objects.
• Experience with IT asset management and ticketing systems; experience with ServiceNow is an advantage.
• Strong customer and service orientation, combined with excellent communication skills.
• Proactive, reliable and structured working style, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Very good German and good English skills.

Your Tasks

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 3.181,21 per month based on full-time employment (38.5 h/week).
