Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst within digital lending transformation programmes.
• Experience with major banks, financial institutions, or lending organisations.

• Gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements related to lending products, processes, and systems.
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, use cases, and process documentation.

As part of this initiative, we are seeking two experienced IT Business Analysts with a strong background in digital lending within banking or financial services environments.

• Gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements related to lending products, processes, and systems.

• Support solution design activities and ensure alignment between business objectives and technical implementation.

Professional Background

Technical & Domain Expertise

• Strong understanding of end-to-end lending lifecycle processes and banking operations.
• Experience with business process modelling methodologies and tools such as BPMN and UML.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar project delivery and collaboration tools.
• Good understanding of relational databases and SQL.
• Ability to navigate complex enterprise technology landscapes and system integrations.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks affecting lending environments would be advantageous.
