Zusammenfassung

Airswift seeks a seasoned Business Analyst for Financial Services Migration based in Vienna. This initial contract covers migration and transformation projects, with onsite 2 days and remote 3 days weekly.

You will gather and document requirements, bridge business and tech teams, run workshops, and support planning, testing and change activities, leveraging AI tools to boost BA productivity. Excellent stakeholder management and 10+ years of experience are required; immediate start.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years' experience as a Business Analyst within Financial Services.
• Proven experience delivering migration projects.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across complex organisational structures.
• Excellent communication and workshop facilitation abilities.
• Experience using AI tools to enhance business analysis activities and productivity.
• Ability to work onsite in Vienna approximately twice per week.
• Available to start immediately.
