You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, developers, testers and project managers to ensure solutions meet business objectives and regulatory requirements. Client-facing pre-sales support is provided to assist the offer lead.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years as an IT Business Analyst in Digital Lending Transformation projects.
• Experience delivering IT projects in Financial Services, incl SME lending transformation.
• Familiarity with EBA Loan Origination & Monitoring guidelines.

Aufgaben

• Own the SME origination domain across lifecycle stages: intake, onboarding, creditworthiness, underwriting, decisioning, offer, disbursement and monitoring.
• Translate regulation into design: assess regulatory changes and turn obligations into testable requirements, controls and target-state processes.
• Co-author reusable assets: build reference models, vendor-selection framework, integration reference architecture and migration playbooks.
• Drive fit-gap and platform assessment: evaluate origination platforms against capability models.
• Support pre-sales: contribute domain credibility to pitches, proposals and client workshops.
