The ideal candidate has 4–5 years of IT BA experience in digital lending, with strong knowledge of banking processes, regulatory considerations, and collaboration across stakeholder groups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• 4–5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst within digital lending transformation programmes.
• Experience with major banks, financial institutions, or lending organisations.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements related to lending products, processes, and systems.
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, use cases, and process documentation.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, project managers, and testing teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
• Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and functional testing activities.
• Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, contributing to timely resolution.
• Evaluate the impact of regulatory and industry changes on lending platforms and processes.
