Qualifications

• Experience in Reservations, Front Office, or an equivalent guest service role in luxury hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-focused mindset.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Commercial awareness with ability to identify revenue opportunities.
• Fluency in English; German and additional languages are advantageous.
• You will be comfortable working with reservation and property management systems.
• You enjoy building relationships and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest reservation inquiries via phone, email, and other channels promptly and professionally.
• Provide detailed information on accommodation, dining, spa experiences, and resort facilities.
• Create, modify, and manage reservations accurately within the PMS.
• Identify opportunities to maximize revenue through upselling and cross-selling experiences and services.
• Maintain knowledge of room categories, rates, packages, promotions, and availability.
• Ensure guest preferences and special arrangements are recorded and communicated.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Revenue Management, Sales, and other departments for a seamless guest experience.
• Monitor booking patterns and support inventory management according to procedures.
• Maintain accurate reservation records and data integrity in all systems.
• Support departmental goals, revenue targets, and guest satisfaction.
• Uphold Rosewood brand standards and service excellence in every interaction.
