Job summary

Rosewood Schloss Fuschl is seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to ensure guest rooms, suites, and public areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. You will contribute to creating memorable stays by maintaining a welcoming, comfortable environment in a luxury setting.

You will work closely with Supervisors and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery, respond promptly to guest requests, and uphold Rosewood's standards of service excellence.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Housekeeping or a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and high standards.
• Reliable, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Service-oriented with focus on guest experiences.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Maintain a professional appearance and approach at all times.
• Basic English; German and additional languages are an advantage.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms, suites, and assigned areas in accordance with Rosewood standards and procedures.
• Ensure all guest rooms are presented impeccably, with attention to cleanliness, organization, and detail.
• Replenish guest amenities, linen, towels, and supplies as required.
• Inspect rooms to ensure all facilities, furnishings, and equipment meet quality standards.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, and lost property in a timely manner.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and special requirements.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping Supervisors and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
