Job summary

Rosewood Schloss Fuschl is seeking a Talent & Development Assistant to support the Talent & Culture team in delivering impactful learning, development, and engagement initiatives across the hotel.

You will coordinate training programs, maintain learning records, support recruitment and onboarding activities, and contribute to creating a positive and inspiring associate experience. This role emphasizes growth, discretion, and collaboration with department leaders.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training programs, workshops, and development initiatives.
• Maintain training records and learning databases.
• Support onboarding and recruitment activities for new associates.
• Contribute to engaging associate experiences and recognition programs.
• Prepare training materials, presentations, and reports.
• Monitor training completion and ensure compliance with learning requirements.
• Collaborate with department leaders to identify development opportunities.
