Toyota Parts Centre Austria seeks a Customer Quality & Supply Chain Specialist to lead customer, quality and supply chain performance. You will connect customers across Europe with warehouse operations, logistics partners and central Toyota teams, translating feedback into actionable improvements.

In this role, you will own quality performance, analyze data, drive Kaizen and collaborate with cross-functional teams to sustain improvements and customer satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Fluent in English and German; additional Central/Southeastern European language is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into insights and improvements.
• Proficient in Excel and reporting tools; Power BI experience is an advantage.
• Hands-on, Customer First and Quality First mindset; Kaizen opportunities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills across international environments.
• Experience in quality, supply chain, logistics or inventory control is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Toyota Way or Lean principles (TPS, 5-WHY, PDCA) is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Own and monitor quality performance with KPI analysis and reporting to local and central Toyota stakeholders.
• Use data analysis and Gemba observations to identify trends, root causes and improvement opportunities.
• Lead problem-solving activities from containment to corrective actions.
• Work closely with operational teams to drive sustainable improvements and Kaizen activities.
• Develop preventive quality processes and share best practices to strengthen quality awareness.
