Key Responsibilities

Establish process quality control standards, and conduct workstation maturity audits and process audits.

Verify and analyze process issues, and drive corrective improvements; organize quality maturity meetings, implement workstation error-proofing improvements, and conduct SPC monitoring.

Receive, follow up and resolve replicated recurring issues; carry out spot checks on regulatory compliance consistency.

Complete process data statistics, analysis, objective management and report issuance.

Core Competencies

Proficient in new energy vehicle structure and assembly processes. Equipped with strong logical analysis, technical problem-solving and root cause tracing capabilities, able to independently resolve complex quality and technical issues. Acceptable for long-term overseas business trips and shift work.

Preferred Qualifications

Able to use English as a daily working language. Prior experience in vehicle quality failure analysis and technical problem-solving during SOP ramp-up is highly preferred.
