Toyota Parts Centre Austria is seeking a Customer Quality & Supply Chain Specialist to lead customer, quality and supply chain performance across Europe, translating feedback and data into sustainable improvements while collaborating with warehouse operations, logistics partners and central Toyota teams.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Very good written and spoken English and German are required; additional European language skills are an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into insights and improvements.
• Proficient in Excel and reporting tools; experience with Power BI, automation, AI-enabled analytics and Lean problem-solving is an advantage.
• Hands-on, customer-first and quality-first mindset with interest in operations and Kaizen opportunities.

Aufgaben

• Own and monitor quality performance with KPI analysis and reporting to local and central Toyota stakeholders.
• Use data analysis, AI-enabled tools and Gemba observations to identify trends, root causes and improvement opportunities.
• Lead problem-solving activities from containment to corrective actions and follow-up.
• Work with operational teams to drive sustainable improvements and strengthen quality awareness.
• Develop preventive quality processes and share best practices to strengthen overall quality.
