Responsibilities

flow of the quote preparation process? Do you want to work in a young team within a well established sales division and help expand it successfully?

Your responsibilities include:

• You provide technical advice to customers on products, systems, and solutions and clarify requirements in close coordination with the field sales team (Key Account Management)
• You prepare and calculate quotes as well as technical proposals and ensure compliance with pricing guidelines in coordination with the inside sales team
• You will manage customer data and sales documentation and be responsible for creating orders in the system
• You will oversee projects from the pre-sales phase through handover, support project teams with quotes, renegotiations, and customer interactions, and act as a sounding board for the technical departments

What you bring to the table:

• You have completed a vocational training program (apprenticeship, HTL, or university of applied sciences), ideally with a technical background, and possess a strong business acumen
• You have already gained experience in internal sales or a comparable cross-functional role
• You work precisely, in a structured manner, and with attention to detail—both independently and as part of a team
• You are service- and customer-oriented, outgoing, and confident in acting as an internal and external liaison
• You possess strong negotiation skills in German and English, are resilient, flexible, and solution-oriented
• Ideally, you have good knowledge of SolidWorks and AutoCAD and experience creating layouts

You’ll start with us at a starting salary of €3,000.00 per month. Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, we’re willing to offer a significantly higher salary.
