Qualifications

• Completed vocational training (apprenticeship, HTL, or university of applied sciences) with a technical background and business sense.
• Experience in internal sales or cross-functional roles is preferred.
• Strong, precise, structured work style and attention to detail in independent and team settings.
• Service- and customer-oriented, able to liaise both internally and externally.
• Good negotiation skills in German and English; resilient and solution-oriented.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical advice to customers on products, systems and solutions in close coordination with the field sales team.
• Prepare and calculate quotes and technical proposals, ensuring pricing guideline compliance with Inside Sales.
• Manage customer data and sales documentation and create orders in the system.
• Oversee projects from pre-sales through handover, support quotes, renegotiations, and customer interactions.
