Qualifikationen

• Degree in Engineering or related field
• Experience in project management, product development, or R&D
• Experience in nonwovens or hygiene applications is advantageous
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Analytical, structured, independent work style
• Comfortable in an international, multidisciplinary environment
• English B2+ and German A2+

Aufgaben

• Management and coordination of innovation and development projects in hygiene and wipes
• Planning, coordination and evaluation of trials with internal and external partners
• Translate technical findings into customer benefits, product concepts, and value propositions
• Support Sales, Product Management and Technical Customer Service with application know-how
• Identify market needs and development opportunities for fiber-based hygiene solutions
• Prepare and present project results, technical reports and recommendations
• Collaborate in innovation activities, claim development and IP generation
• Network across functions and regions to support execution and knowledge transfer
