Qualifikationen

What you’ll do

Capacity Planning & Resource Modeling

Who we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Engineering or a related technical discipline
• Minimum 3‑5 years of relevant experience in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Excellence, or Factory Planning
• Experience supporting manufacturing environments and production operations
• Experience with data analysis, process improvement, and productivity optimization

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in semiconductor, high‑tech manufacturing, or cleanroom environments
• Knowledge of MTM, time studies, and labor standards development
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent certification
• Experience with Power BI, SQL, and automation of reporting processes

What We're Offering

This position is subject to the Austrian Collective Bargaining Agreement for Employees in the Metal Technology Industry in occupation group E or F depending on educational background. A higher payment is negotiable depending on education, expertise and skills. The monthly salary is paid 14 times per year. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on‑site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On‑site Flex and Virtual Flex. "On‑site Flex" you’ll work 3+ days per week on‑site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. "Virtual Flex" you’ll work 1‑2 days per week on‑site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
