Job summary

Lam Research AG in Villach, Austria, is seeking an Industrial/Manufacturing Engineer to develop and maintain factory capacity models, labor forecasts, and resource planning scenarios. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Manufacturing/Operations Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in industrial/manufacturing engineering or factory planning.
• Experience in supporting manufacturing environments and production operations.

Who we're looking for

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Excellence, or Factory Planning


• Experience supporting manufacturing environments and production operations


• Experience with data analysis, process improvement, and productivity optimization

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in semiconductor, high-tech manufacturing, or cleanroom environments


• Knowledge of MTM, time studies, and labor standards development


• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent certification


• Experience with Power BI, SQL, and automation of reporting processes

What We're Offering

This position is subject to the Austrian Collective Bargaining Agreement for Employees in the Metal Technology Industry in occupation group E or F depending on educational background. A higher payment is negotiable depending on education, expertise and skills. The monthly salary is paid 14 times per year.
