Zusammenfassung

RHI Magnesita is seeking an HR Generalist to kick off focusing on recruiting and employer branding while supporting the HR Business Partner in Leoben. The role will grow to cover broader HR topics and stakeholder partnerships across the site.

It is primarily on-site with hybrid flexibility and offers involvement in group-wide projects and regional initiatives. You will work with Talent Acquisition on full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, documentation, and compliance, while engaging with leaders

Qualifikationen

Several years of professional experience as an HR generalist, ideally within a multinational matrix organization.
Knowledge of Austrian labor law and experience with employee relations.
Comfortable engaging and communicating with stakeholders across all levels, including works council.

Aufgaben

Support full-cycle recruiting in collaboration with Talent Acquisition.
Handle HR operational processes such as onboarding, documentation, and compliance.
Partner with HRBP and leaders to support daily HR topics and the annual people cycle.
