RHI Magnesita in Leoben, Austria, is seeking an HR Generalist with a strong recruiting focus. You will support our Talent Acquisition team, handle onboarding and HR operations, and partner with HRBPs and leaders across the site to drive daily HR topics.

As you grow, you will contribute to regional HR projects and ensure compliance with Austrian labor law. The role combines on-site collaboration with potential flexible hours after onboarding, offering a competitive package and growth

Qualifikationen

Several years of professional experience as an HR generalist.
Knowledge of Austrian labor law and employee relations.
Able to engage and communicate with stakeholders at all levels, including works council.
Team player with a positive mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

Supporting full-cycle recruiting in close collaboration with our Talent Acquisition team.
Handling HR operational processes such as onboarding, documentation, and compliance.
Partnering with the HRBP and leaders across levels to support daily HR topics and the annual people cycle.
Collaborating with works council representatives and ensuring compliance with Austrian labor law.
Contributing to regional and group-wide HR projects.
