Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years of experience in shipping or logistics.
• Strong customer and service focus.
• Persuasive, target- and results-oriented.
• Advanced MS Office / Google Workspace and administrative focus.
• English and German oral and written communication skills.
• Strong digital orientation and growth mindset.

Aufgaben

• Provide frontline responses to queries from Key Accounts clients.
• Maintain high service level with prompt resolutions via Service Cloud or other channels.
• Communicate with international internal and external stakeholders.
• Escalate enquiries or complaints as needed.
• Liaise cross-functionally to resolve operational issues.
• Promote e-commerce platform and self-service tools.
