Job summary

CoolPeople Technology is seeking a Change & Communication Consultant to support pilot and rollout of new solutions within a banking group’s IT organization. You will own the communication strategy, prepare information materials, coordinate stakeholders, collect feedback and drive user adoption—working between project teams, management and end users.

Qualifications

• Senior experience in enterprise communication management in large corporations.
• Change management – practical experience with organizational and technological changes.
• Communication strategy, planning, and execution of communication plans.
• Stakeholder management – communication with business, IT and management.
• Communication governance, message control and approval processes.
• Pilot & rollout communication and user adoption & engagement.
• Corporate communications & branding, internal standards.
• Content creation – updates, FAQ, newsletters, presentations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills incl. senior stakeholders.
• German C1 and English C1 (both mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Pilot and rollout of new solutions across the organization with a focus on user adoption.
• Own the communication strategy and prepare information materials.
• Coordinate stakeholders and collect feedback across project teams, management and end users.
• Support engagement and adoption during pilot and production rollout.
