Job summary

Tieto is seeking a Senior CX/CIM Implementation Consultant to deliver end-to-end CX and contact center solutions. You will translate complex requirements into practical designs, configure platforms, and guide projects from design to go-live, collaborating with solution architects and delivery teams.

You will lead customer workshops, ensure testing quality, enable production readiness, and document processes for handover to operations.

Qualifications

• About 5 years hands-on implementation experience with CX/CIM or contact center solutions.
• 2-3 years practical implementation experience with Novomind.
• Experience across installation, configuration, customization, rollout and support of enterprise software solutions.
• Familiar with omnichannel customer service processes and channels.
• Experience with scripting languages, REST APIs and databases.
• Ability to translate requirements into reliable configurations and integrations.
• Structured, quality-focused approach with testing and troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication; workshops, documentation or user training are a plus.
• Fluent in German and English in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Turn complex requirements into CX/CIM solution designs and platform configurations.
• Lead customer workshops and enable go-live.
• Create seamless omnichannel experiences by integrating chat, chatbot, email, WhatsApp and voice.
• Plan and perform functional and integration testing, resolving issues.
• Document technical details and train key users and operators.
• Collaborate with customers, developers and service teams beyond go-live.
