Job summary

BOND is hiring for a Sales Development role in Vienna. You will own the top of the funnel by finding the right European companies bidding for public contracts, starting conversations, and turning cold prospects into qualified meetings for our sales managers.

You will be measured on meetings booked and pipeline created, with coaching to grow into a full-cycle closing role. The position offers hybrid work from our Vienna office and uncapped commission on top of base salary.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound B2B sales or prospecting roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English; German is a plus.
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize European companies bidding on public contracts.
• Execute outbound outreach via email, calls, and LinkedIn.
• Qualify inbound interest and route to sales managers.
• Schedule and prepare qualified meetings; keep CRM up to date.
• Learn procurement markets and customer industries to improve outreach.
