Job summary

Expert Executive Recruiters (EER Global) is supporting a publicly listed group expanding in Austria. Vienna-based HR Specialist will handle day-to-day HR activities for the Austrian entity, including onboarding, contracts, payroll coordination, documentation and policy administration.

Working with local management and the HR team in Israel, you will ensure compliant and efficient HR operations while growing with the business in a dynamic, automotive-related environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in HR operations, administration or generalist roles.
• Native or fluent German and professional English.
• Automotive industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of Austrian labour law and local regulations.
• Experience with onboarding, contracts, HR documentation and payroll coordination.
• Discretion with confidential employee information.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR administration and maintain employee documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding for new employees, including contracts and policies.
• Prepare and coordinate employment contracts, amendments and HR documents.
• Ensure employees sign all required policies and documentation.
• Coordinate with external payroll providers and provide HR data.
• Act as local point of contact for HR-related questions.
• Support implementation and administration of local HR policies.
• Ensure HR processes align with Austrian labour law and regulations.
• Coordinate with HR team in Israel on local topics and requirements.
• Support administration of employee benefits and car-related processes.
• Follow up with external partners and agencies on HR topics.
• Maintain employee records and handle HR information confidentially.
• Support additional HR projects as the Austrian organization grows.
