Hotel Weisses Rössl in the heart of the Kitzbühel Alps is seeking a Hotel Manager to lead our housekeeping team in a luxury 5-star setting. You will ensure spotless rooms and public areas in line with LQA standards and drive guest satisfaction.

As a hands-on leader, you will schedule shifts, mentor staff, and collaborate with the technical department. Fluent German and English are required, and a passion for impeccable service is essential.

The 5-star Hotel Weisses Rössl in the village center is the first and only 'Leading Hotel' in the whole of Kitzbühel. The 47 high-quality and elegant rooms are an inviting retreat for discerning guests. The heart of the hotel is the Zuma Restaurant, which has been part of the Weisses Rössl since the 2019 winter season. Here, guests are offered Japanese cuisine of the highest quality.

What is there to do?

• Main responsibility of checking cleaned rooms and all public areas for cleanliness in compliance with LQA standards
• Responsible for room checks and approval
• Leadership and motivation of the team
• Responsible for the work schedules and hours control of your own employees
• Proper processing of guest laundry and lost property
• Reporting defects in the rooms and/or public areas to the technical department
• Actively supporting the cleaning staff and trainees during their induction in their respective areas of responsibility
• Drawing up room lists and allocating cleaning staff
• Ordering, receiving and checking laundry
• Monitoring and managing stock levels for all utensils relating to the department

We offer a salary for this position based on the collective agreement for the catering and hotel industry in Tyrol. An overpayment is a matter of course for us with appropriate qualifications and will be agreed in a personal interview.
