Albonanova is seeking a housekeeper in Zürs, Austria. In this full-time temporary role, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and public areas in a 4-star hotel. Attention to detail, cleanliness, and a friendly manner are essential. You’ll also engage in tasks such as replenishing consumables and ensuring adherence to hygiene standards. Experience in housekeeping is preferred, alongside a reliable and independent work approach. Beautiful accommodations and meals will be provided during the employment period.

You understand that you are the first and last impression of our establishment, and that you look after our guests’ temporary homes by ensuring the rooms are ready for them on time and in immaculate condition.

About the job:

As a housekeeper, you will be responsible for the daily cleaning, maintenance and tidying of guest rooms and selected public areas in the hotel. You will ensure that our guests feel thoroughly comfortable in a well-maintained, clean and welcoming environment, thereby making an important contribution to the high standard of service at the winter sports hotel.

In a 4-star-S hotel in particular, attention to detail, cleanliness, discretion and a friendly manner are especially important.

• Cleaning and maintaining up to 12 guest rooms, including bathrooms and toilets.
• Making beds, changing bed linen and preparing rooms for new arrivals.
• Vacuuming, sweeping, dusting and cleaning surfaces.
• Daily replenishment of consumables such as towels, toiletries and bathroom amenities.
• Checking rooms for cleanliness, functionality and completeness.
• Reporting any defects, damage or missing items to the housekeeper or technical department.
• Cleaning and tidying corridors, floor offices and, where applicable, public areas.
• Ironing bed linen and table linen in the afternoons
• Rotating assistance in cleaning our spa
• Adherence to the hotel’s hygiene, safety and quality standards.
• Careful handling of linen, cleaning products and work materials.
• Friendly and discreet interaction with guests and colleagues.

You bring with you:
