As a hands-on leader, you will schedule shifts, mentor staff, and collaborate with the technical department. Fluent German and English are required, and a passion for impeccable service is essential.

• Check cleaned rooms and public areas for cleanliness to LQA standards.
• Perform room checks and approve readiness.
• Lead, motivate and manage the team.
• Schedule work hours for your team.
• Process guest laundry and manage lost property.
• Report defects to the technical department.
• Support cleaning staff and trainees during induction.
• Draw up room lists and allocate staff.
• Order, receive and check laundry.
• Monitor and manage stock for department utensils.
