Hotel Jagdhof, a 5-star property, is seeking an Operations Manager (m/f/d) to lead daily hotel operations and work closely with Owner and Executive Management. You will ensure seamless cross-department collaboration and guest experiences at the highest level.

You bring proven leadership, hospitality expertise and the ability to drive strategic initiatives while maintaining hands-on oversight. German and English fluency are essential; Italian a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading hotel operations.
• Ability to manage multiple departments and guests.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Fluent in German and English; additional languages welcome.
