Qualifikationen

• Degree or equivalent in supply chain or logistics.
• Experience in leadership or supervisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent German and good English.

Aufgaben

• Lead, supervise and mentor a team of warehouse associates with performance management.
• Oversee daily operations: receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping and cycle counting.
• Maintain accurate inventory and resolve discrepancies with regular stock checks.
• Optimize layout and processes to maximize efficiency and space use.
• Ensure compliance with GE Healthcare quality standards and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with production, planning and logistics to ensure on-time delivery.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to boost performance and reduce costs.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe working environment per EHS guidelines.
• Generate reports on warehouse performance and key metrics.
