Job Description Summary

As a Warehouse Leader (f/m/d) at GE Healthcare GmbH, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring efficient material flow, accurate inventory management, and a safe working environment. You will lead a team, optimize processes, and contribute to the timely delivery of critical healthcare products. Job Description Responsibilities

Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of warehouse associates, including performance management, training, and development. Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and cycle counting, ensuring compliance with established procedures and safety regulations. Monitor and maintain accurate inventory and conducting regular stock checks and resolving discrepancies. Optimize warehouse layout and processes to maximize efficiency, space utilization, and productivity. Ensure adherence to all GE Healthcare quality standards, regulatory requirements (e.g., medical device regulations), and internal policies. Collaborate with internal departments such as production, planning, and logistics to ensure seamless material flow and on-time delivery. Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance and reduce costs. Operate and oversee the use of material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, adhering to all EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) guidelines. Generate reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and other key metrics.

Qualifications

Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field; alternatively, a completed vocational qualification with relevant professional experience. Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably within a manufacturing or healthcare environment. Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management principles, and logistics processes. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and manage a team effectively. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Fluent German and good English.

We offer a role specific compensation and a competitive salary and fringe benefit package reflecting your profile and experience. In Austria we are required to state the minimum pay. For this position, the annual compensation package starts at € 70.000. We will be pleased to discuss the appropriate effective salary based on your qualifications and experience.
