Job summary

Continental Reifen Austria GmbH is seeking a logistics leader to drive efficient warehouse and distribution operations across markets in the region. You will coordinate with regional markets, plants, and external providers to optimize processes, KPIs, and service levels.

The role emphasizes supply chain excellence, audits, and reporting, with a strong focus on inventory accuracy, cost control, and international collaboration. A relevant degree and 3–5 years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Higher education in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Distribution, or Demand Management.
• Solid understanding of warehouse operations, distribution processes, and inventory management.
• Experience with SAP SD, SAP EWM, and SCOR/SST processes.
• Proven project management and process improvement experience.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders in an international matrix organization.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in international intercultural business environments.
• Business fluent English; German language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage operational warehouse and distribution activities within the assigned markets.
• Steer and develop partnerships with external logistics and transportation providers.
• Monitor warehouse performance through KPIs and conduct reviews.
• Ensure high service levels, inventory accuracy, and efficient material flow.
• Identify and implement improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across regional markets, plants, and logistics.
• Plan and conduct warehouse, facility, and quality audits.
• Develop reporting structures and KPI frameworks for inventory, availability, service, and costs.
• Support budgeting and investment planning in logistics.
• Lead cross-functional projects focused on logistics optimization and layout improvements.
